I’m a life long learner with a passion for cyber security. I have a background in Political Science, which makes me interested in cyber threat intelligence, threat actors, and attack vectors. The future is cyberwarfare, and we should all work together to keep our society safe from internal and external threat actors.
I am a recent graduate of a Cybersecurity bootcamp and I have continued to pursue education and upskilling since. I am currently pursuing the ComptTIA Security+ and will achieve this by July 2023. Come back and keep me accountable!

Starting My Journey
I’m an avid gamer all throughout my childhood and it follows me into adulthood. My game of choice was MapleStory, and there are cooperative party quests that we would be able to embark on. To get into this party quest, you would need to be the first person to click the NPC when the room opened. If you missed clicking the NPC or you were the second person clicking it, the party who clicked first would get into the party quest and it would be a whole 30 minutes before the party quest was done. You would then have to race to re-click the NPC, hope to be the first one, wait and repeat.
I didn’t want to wait around so I tried to download a hack – an autoclicker, which would automatically click for you in an inhumane speed. This would almost guarantee that you would be entered into the party quest. But guess what? I got hacked instead!!!!
I lost my whole account and I learned my lesson. I learned how malware bypassed antivirus programs, I learned how to compile malicious scripts (for educational purposes), and most importantly, I learned how to secure myself to prevent myself from being hacked like this again.
